It does need to be colored or stained and top coated after install. Should not be left unfinished.

Cane Webbing can also be referred to as Machine or Sheet Cane. This paper version webbing can be used in chair backs that have a groove around the opening. It does need to be colored or stained and top coated after install.
It can also be used on cupboard doors, etc and is held in place with trim. Add 2″ to size of actual distance between grooves.
