Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Levair’s Caning Supplies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our standard ground shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of the merchandise as listed below. Additional freight charges may apply to heavy or oversize items. These rates may not apply to areas that are not serviced by regular ground mail.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you do not receive, please check your junk folder, just in case they went there.
Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact us and we will contact Canada Post on your behalf.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods; pictures of damaged product is required when filing a claim.
Refunds
In order for your purchase to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Your items were purchased in the last 7 days.
- Your items are in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Levair’s Caning Supplies. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service (ie. Canada Post). We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
